This one-of-a-kind hat, handmade by local artisan Sue Scott, is called the "Crumper". It is fashioned in a beautiful Baroque floral print in polyester panne velvet in tones of rust, orange, blue-greys, sage, taupe and plum. Its under-peak is a polyester faux fur in a dark sage shade with a swirl texture. The shape is a straight-sided, flat-topped crown, with a classic front peak that conveniently keeps snow off of your eyelashes. It is trimmed with a hand-sewn knotted bow in the matching dark sage faux fur. It is fully lined with a satiny, flannel-backed Kasha lining that’s easy on the hair and stops wind for added warmth.
