Ottawa Orders

If you'd prefer free curbside or free in store pick up to shipping, please select "PICK UP". Your order will be available during regular business hours within 2-4 days of order completion. You will receive email confirmation of its availability.

Shipped Orders to anywhere in Canada

Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout. 

Orders will be packed and shipped within 2 business days of checkout completion. We do not ship on national holidays.

We ship all orders via Canada Post. Please allow 2-14 days for delivery. Faster options are available for an additional fee. Please contact 613 789 7288 or info@eclection.ca for more information.

Please ensure that you enter a complete and correct shipping address including apartment number where applicable. Eclection accepts no liability for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipped International Orders

We can ship anywhere that Canada Post can accommodate.

Be aware that international orders (orders shipped to any country except Canada) may have additional duties, taxes, and brokerage fees in accordance with that country's own regulations added to the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility, and are payable upon receipt of your package. Eclection is not liable for any cross-border customs or other charges or losses that may arise from the customer refusing to pay said charges on a shipped purchase.
