Ottawa artisan Khalia’s collection of earrings, necklaces and bracelets is influenced by a myriad of colours, movements and expressions from her dance life. Inspired by ideas and materials from across the globe, as well as costume and fashion design throughout the ages, she skillfully incorporates these influences into her creations. 
This necklace is carefully crafted with beautifully textured lampwork glass beads, large tinted howlite beads in rich tones of turquoise, crystals, tiny gold-plated flower separator beads, bronze separator beads and findings. It is securely strung by hand on a heavy coated multi-strand tiger tail cord and is lengthened with a crocheted look bronze chain at the nape of the neck. It measures approximately 33 3/4".
