This one-of-a-kind hat, handmade by local artisan Sue Scott, is called the "Crumper". This cap is fashioned in a classic but fun, woven houndstooth wool blend in very wearable black and white colours with some lurex woven in to add a bit of glam. The shape is a straight-sided, flat-topped crown, with a classic front peak that conveniently keeps snow out of your eyes. It is embellished with a large button trimming covered in coordinated black boiled-wool fabric, repeated on the peak's underside. It is fully lined with a satiny, flannel-backed Kasha lining that’s easy on the hair and stops wind for added warmth. Size-medium 22 1/4" with an elastic at the back for easy fit.
